  Customer service is superb. Very polite, ask what kind of milk you would like with your tea and acknowledge you even when busy.

  Costa inside w.h.smiths new manager and member of staff nether of them can make coffee 3 x we returned it if i wanted a cup of tasteles fome id have used a Starbucks machine

  Came on a Sunday at 2 in the afternoon. Try our new smoothie their advertisement says. Get to the till - sorry we out of that. Ok fine I'll have a cooler then. Oh we don't do that anymore. Then why is it on your menu?! Ended up with some water with a bit of milk marketed as a cappaccino. Should have gone to Nero across the street, at least their staff promote service with a smile.
